We Offer the following Rug Cleaning Processes:

  • Regular Cleaning

    This process is recommended for daily normal stains.

    • Rugs are tumbled to remove all essence of dust.
    • A special tool is used to remove pet hair as much as possible.
    • Rugs are hand washed with formulated detergent mixed with water and vinegar.
    • Rugs are rinsed to remove as much residue as possible.
    • Suction of water as much as possible to prevent color bleeding. 
    • Rugs are hanged in a climate controlled room to dry
    • Final inspection after rugs are dry.

  • Surface Enzyme Cleaning

    This process is recommended for rugs with pet poop or vomit. The surface is sprayed with enzyme and treated to remove all solid particles. Then we do the regular cleaning process.

  • Deodorize Cleaning

    This process is recommended for rugs with pet urine stains. The rug is completely soaked in enzyme to remove all essence of bacteria. Then we do the regular cleaning process.
