He leads our restoration services, using his deep knowledge and experiance to bring rugs back to life. Beyond restoration, Mike works directly with overseas vendors to source unique pieces. He is deeply involved in the design process, personally selecting patterns and specific color palettes to create rugs that are truly one-of-a-kind. Away from the gallery, he loves traveling with his family and enjoying food from different cultures.

Sarah brings more than a decade of industry experience to the showroom floor, acting as the heart of our customer experience. She has a natural gift for connecting with people and a sharp design eye—she has a unique talent for visualizing a room and instinctively knowing if a specific rug will work in your space or not. She guides clients with honesty and warmth to ensure the final choice is perfect. Sarah is also a proud mom to three amazing daughters, and when she’s not working, you can find her in the kitchen perfecting her passion for baking.

With more than ten years of experience in the business, Sam wears many hats to keep the gallery moving forward. He collaborates closely with Mike on the creative side, helping to select and design new rug collections. On the technical side, Sam is our digital expert, managing the website and online gallery to ensure your browsing experience is seamless. He also oversees the financial operations of the company, ensuring we can offer the best value to our clients. An avid explorer, Sam enjoys traveling when he’s away from the professional world.
